Exchange Policy
Warranty claims for returns and exchanges via online platforms are only valid for customers who purchase our products through our official website or marketplace store.
For warranty claims for purchases of our products through partner stores or offline stores, please claim directly at the store where the customer made the purchase.
The condition of the received item does not match the order—there are stitching defects, wrong color, size, or different features.
The item will be exchanged for a new product if it has not been used and the label/hangtag has not been removed, within 7 days of being sent to our address along with proof of purchase after confirmation with us.
The item will be exchanged for a new product while supplies last. If the item is out of stock, Barangantik will offer a replacement with another product that is at least similar in price or higher.
Shipping costs for item exchanges will be fully reimbursed after we receive the item to be exchanged and the customer sends the shipping receipt.
