Exchange Policy

  • Warranty claims for returns and exchanges via online platforms are only valid for customers who purchase our products through our official website or marketplace store.

  • For warranty claims for purchases of our products through partner stores or offline stores, please claim directly at the store where the customer made the purchase.

  • The condition of the received item does not match the order—there are stitching defects, wrong color, size, or different features.

  • The item will be exchanged for a new product if it has not been used and the label/hangtag has not been removed, within 7 days of being sent to our address along with proof of purchase after confirmation with us.

  • The item will be exchanged for a new product while supplies last. If the item is out of stock, Barangantik will offer a replacement with another product that is at least similar in price or higher.

  • Shipping costs for item exchanges will be fully reimbursed after we receive the item to be exchanged and the customer sends the shipping receipt.
